Production Line For Instant Coffee, Decaffeinated Instant Coffee And Liquid Coffee Extract.
Dear Sir or madam:
We are a company located in Southeast Mexico looking for making instant coffee, decaffeinated instant coffee and liquid coffee extract.
Instant coffee is a beverage derived from brewed coffee beans. Through various manufacturing processes the coffee is dehydrated into the form of powder or granules.
As you may know for making instant coffee two different methods are used for dehydration in plants all over the world, freeze (removal of water by sublimation) and spray drying.
The drying towers requires that have a wide radius to avoid the atomised droplets collecting onto the drying chamber walls.
Sometimes the particles it produces the spray drying are too fine to be used effectively by the consumer; they must first be either steam-fused in towers similar to spray dryers or by belt agglomeration to produce particles of suitable size.
