Ham and Mushroom Pizza

The product range of La Pizza + 1 includes eleven types of pizza, from the white pizza base to the traditional and the more elaborate pizzas, and eleven types of focaccia, including traditional, Ligurian, and filled focaccias.

Our pizzas are part-baked and topped with fresh ingredients. The final baking, 8 – 10 minutes in a normal oven, delivers a product as fragrant as if it were freshly made. Our focaccias are completely baked and only need to be briefly heated in the oven before use. Deserving a special mention, our newest line comprises our microwaveable products, which allow the customer to obtain a wonderfully fragrant product in an instant. All our products are made in a protective atmosphere and should be kept at fridge temperature (0°-4°C).

The sizes range from the large oven-tin size, ideal for professional customers, to the single portion size, a perfect a snack, for people who want to keep a fresh snack available that can be ready in a few minutes.

We can also make the pizzas and focaccias in different shapes (squares, rectangles, triangles) or splice them through the centre so that they are ready to be filled.
