Dutched cocoa powder

We have developed a wide range of both natural and alkalized types of cocoa powder with fat contents ranging from 10% to 24%. This range is accomplished through selection of raw materials in combination with our processing expertise. We offer customized types of cocoa powder, available in industrial packaging 25 kgs.

color: dark brown; fat content/ratio: 10-12%, 20-22%; Ph: 6.2-6.8, 7.2-7.8; used in: puddings and dairy products, cereals, bakery products, coatings, and as coloring component, in coating and filling products, chocolate confectionery, bakery products and mixes (cakes), ice creams and ice cream powders, instant drink concentrated mixes, cereals, soft confectionery as coloring component and in mixes as flavor enhancement.
