DEAR SIR GOOD DSAY we are looking for purchasing sugar based on bellow specification if you can supply it pls feel free to contact us mqo :30000mt Specifications:Sound, fair and merchantable white refined/crystal sugar with dry, free running and of regular size grains_  Invert: Max 0_04 pct  Polarization: Min 99_80 degrees  Humidity: Max 0_06 pct  Color: Max 45 icumsa should be between type color zero and three of The Brunswick Institute for Agricultural Technology and the Sugar Industry_ (For those suppliers not familiar with the international white sugar market regulations (decree of 4th November 1975), zero is the whitest color, six is the least white colors_)  The goods should be examined for radioactivity measurement in the country of origin , and in this regard seller is required to submit, amongst documents necessary for negotiation, a certificate from a competent laboratory in country of origin indicating that the sugar is not contaminated by radioactive elements, authenticated by the department of radiation protection of country of origin , and supported with the detailed radioactive analysis of sugar and the measurement procedure_ Meanwhile a second copy of the above mentioned certificate should be sent directly to "A_T_C_"  by an express air courier WHIT BEST RGDSHASSAN
