Buy Spout Insert and Seal Machine

We are a beverage manufacture in the USA that fills spouted pouches. We currently purchase the pouches with the spout already on the pouch. I am interested in learning more about spout inserting machine. Would this machine allow us to purchase pouches without the spout and the machine would place the spout into the pouch and then onto the rail?

Do you also have the ability to make a machine that will load a pouch that already has a spout onto a rail?
