What is the wheat milling plant design basis

Our wheat milling plant include all types of flour milling machines, such as flour sifters, grain cleaning equipment, flour filling and all other necessary equipment for production. We have several wheat milling plants located throughout many countries with a total combined processing capacity of 240 tons per day. Finished wheat is sold throughout the country and the process by-product is utilized to generate steam in our boilers in other factories.

Our WHEAT MILLING PLANT is also popular for milling of spelt. Our plants are for different kinds of grinding and either tailor made or modular standard systems. The plants can be designed for wholegrain milling, wheat flour, rice flour, rye or almost any other type of grain and include flour sifting equipment, sifting machines, packing machines etc.

Advantages of the automatic wheat milling plant:
1. It adopts advanced milling technology with the storey-typed structure, easily installed and operated.
2. Wheat cleaning adopts dry processing technology of 3 screening, 2 threshing, 1 brushing, 2 de-stoning, 2 dampening, 2 magnetic separating and 1 wind separating. Wet processing technology will do the same.
3. It grinds well with the refined purifier. That makes wheat bran, corn and residue separated thoroughly.

Food processing can never be out of business. And one of the ways you could enter in that never-ending cycle is by supplying flour for making bread, biscuits and pasta. Wheat milling plant can be installed with minimum capacity of 10 TPD of raw material crushing capacity per day to maximum 1000 TPD. Capacity suggested in this project is for mini flour milling plant of 40 TPD.
