PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE: The Seller Shall Post Pbg Of 2%, After
Non operative Sblc Is Received Within The Agreed Period, And Authenticated
By The Seller's Bank. The Pbg Will Be In Form Of Letter Of Credit Or Trade
Insurance Cover Against Non-Delivery, For 90% Of The Sblc Value. The Pbg Of 2%
Will Activate The Sblc, The Pbg Shall Be Returned To The Seller' Bank, Within
60 Days (Sixty) After Fulfilment & Expiration Of The Contract Successfully.
