We, JM Global Corporation, are agricultural importer in South Korea.
We are looking for South African or Cameroon Vendor or Manufacturer who can supply us with
"Sun-dried machine-peeled acorn split".
We don't use "raw acorn whole" but only use "sun-dried machine-peeled acorn split".
We need "acorn split" which are naturally dried in the sun and peeled by the machine so that they have tannin componunt, do not require artificial-dried and boiled or roasted-dehulling that tannins are removed.
We use acorn of "Quercus serrata" or “Quercus robur” to extract acorn starch to make "acorn jelly" which is one of most famous and popular foods in Korea.
"Acorn Jelly with vegitable and various sauce" is one of most favorite traditional foods in South Korea. Meanwhile, We found out that "Quercus serrata" and “Quercus robur” grow in South Africa or Cameroon as well.
