GREEN PISTACHIO IN SHELL

The company Hoon Gida was launched in year 1989 from the passion for honey and its donation to human health. With passion and love for honey, we started searching for best areas in order to get organize in conductiong bee and honey farming. Today we have 5 different points where honey is source of our business.

Right from the beginning of its birth the company has been recognized fit to the organic production as all the material used reflected the regulations imposed.

Our management produces outstanding honey of wild flowers, chestnut, pine, mountain honey and legendary royal deep forest honey.   

The production starts on May and all this happens again for all the several types of honey produced by the company, until the end of the flowering, about on August.

When each single flowering finishes, the honeycombs are picked (they are closed by the bees with their wax) and afterwards, they are taken to the workshop. Here, they are opened and finally spinned around.

So, it is possible to extract the honey, that partially leaked, it is put to purify, into steel containers for food. In this way, the honeycombs are not damaged and they are ready to be reused.

After about 20 days, the honey is ready to be put into jars.

From August onwards, it is very important to keep the bees in the best way, so, the following year, the beekeeper will be rewarded and gratified for the work of them.
