PAPARESTA family has been passed down through the generations its keenness on oenoculture and it has always showed particular interest in those wines turned out from autochthonous wineyards of the city like: the White Bombino, Troia grapes, and the Montepulciano, which have since ever strongly carachterized the Daunial territory.
The absolute priority of the wine cellar was and still is quality, which is quantitatively highlighted by a limited number of bottles. So to carachterize its own product in comparison to any economic consideration.
