We are looking for a supplier for sliced mushroom that would meet the following specifications:
Description:  Canned sliced mushroom in brine solution.
Physical Attributes: Net weight - 850grams; Net drained weight -454grams
Sensory Attributes: Color Appearance - creamy in color; occasionally light brown
                             Texture - firm and tender
                             Odor - bland
                             Taste - slightly salty
Shelf life:  Cool Store Room (75 -85 degrees farenheight) - One (1) year
               Chiller (32 to 40 degrees farenheight) - Two (2) days when opened
Requirement: 200 - 300 cans monthly
