We have 100,000 MT sugar loaded vessels ready to sail.

Procedure is as follows :

1. Buyer issues an ICPO/LOI with full banking details.

2. The Seller to issue Standard High Sea Agreement and FCO immediately.

3. Signing of Contract by (fax, electronically and hard copy by courier)

4. Buyer sends MT799 or Conditional MT103/23 to Seller Bank to conform the POF.

5. Seller sends B/L and SGS to Buyer Bank after successful POF.

6. Buyer to open MT103/23 after verification of vessels.

7. Seller sends original documents to Buyer Bank.

8. Shipment as per agreement schedule issued at contract.
