Prosciutto Crudo RAW HAM FRESHLY SLICED - Premiata Salumeria Giuseppe Verdi Selection

Product obtained by processing of whole leg of pork.
In our site in Langhirano they are salted and seasoned in controlled temperature and humidity conditions. for a period of less than 11 months.
The final product consisting of whole pork leg seasoned, deboning, degreased , deprived of tendons, evident connective tissue and of cuff , in order to obtain the classic tile.
Slices are soft, the aroma is delicate typical of well seasoned products , without defects like rancidity, pasture, veins of cuff.
The product is packed in protective atmosphere and further selected, rejecting all packs with defects and/or anomalies.
