Product Description

Our pomegranate molasses is produced from the first quality Hijaz pomegranates obtained from our gardens. Hijaz pomegranate is the most suitable pomegranate type in the production of pomegranate molasses due to its low HMF (a carcinogenic compound) value. It is produced from 100% pure pomegranate fruit by evaporation in an enclosed and vacuumed environment. The production is made in vacuumed cauldrons without exposure to excessive heat for long periods utilizing high-tech evaporators in our hygienic production process. In contrast to the conventional and fast consumption products, RAZ Pomegranate Concentrate is completely preservative free and do not contain any harmful additives such as glucose syrup, ammonium sulfate caramel and potassium sorbate.
