Classic Italian gnocchi with a soft heart stuffed with Cheese and Pepper

An irresistible and titillating combination that fills the mouth with a concentrate of goodness to enjoy all the way

APPLICATIONS:

Ideal as an accompaniment to an aperitif or as an entrée, the “Bites” are offered with various fillings and are suitable for multiple uses in the world of fast food and take away. A modern, appetizing and unique product, it can easily find its place in a buffet alongside more traditional products such as Ascoli style stuffed olives, meatballs, croquettes, battered vegetables etc.

INGREDIENTS:

DOUGH 79% : Potato puree (fresh potatoes, dehydrated potatoes, water), WHEAT flour type “00”, EGGS, salt, sunflower oil.

FILLING 21% : Pecorino romano DOP 47% (sheep’s MILK, salt, rennet, lactic ferments), water, ricotta (cream and whey of MILK), semi-finished product based on Edamer and Cheddar cheeses (MILK, lactic ferments, rennet, MILK proteins, acidity regulator: citric acid, flavorings, salt), SULPHITES, pepper 1.5%.

May contain traces of NUTS.
It contains SULPHITES.

PREPARATION:

To be consumed after one of these cooking methods: Frying pan: Sauté the product over a low heat with some sauce to taste; Pot: Pour the gnocchi into boiling salted water, let them surface and keep them on the surface for 30 seconds. Extract them with a slotted spoon and season them to taste;

INDICATION:

Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Don’t drill the package. Store in the refrigerator at max + 4 ° C. After opening, consume within 2/3 days.
