It is equipped with Advanced PLC system. Thanks to the user-friendly touch panel, the operation of each step can be easily done in the fully-programmable digital interface.
We sufficiently combine electricity and gas to optimize its function. Mould trays step-walks forward for oil spray, then continue moving to the depositor section for the deposit of paste. Except that the oil collecting containers of the oven have to be inserted and drawn out manually for cleaning, all the other steps are automatic. The high automation of this machine could save manpower and cost.
With high efficiency, it could separately fill paste in several mould trays at the same time.
