 2012 HOT sale inflatable slide

2. Material: default material is 0.55mm PVC tarpaulin.

Best material is very important for the games. All inflatable games of Aoxiang are made by high durability fire-retardant PVC Tarpaulin, which has 3 layers, two coated side with a strong net inside. The flame retardant meet BS7837. Our material has improved by the SGS.

3. Stitching:

We double stitching everywhere, with fourfold stitching at bottom stress point. Double stitching inside and double stitching outside, and to make sure the inflatables are strong enough.

4. Printing :

Digital print, silk print, or hand painting. We have top skill worker to finish the artwork and printing. We imported the Korean painting machine, it print quickly and in good quality. The quality of print ink also meets the standard of SGS. Further more, we make a liquid protecting film on the surface of digital printing, the liquid protection is also imported from abroad. The high level painting makes Aoxiang product will not be sticky and color fade, but sustain a long time.

5. Blower :

1) External CE blower spec. 220V, 50HZ, 1.5HP Euro plug, plug can be customized.

2) External UL blower (110V, 60HZ) for USA area using, plug can also be customized.

6. Deflation: 

We make enough air out zipper for each game according to the requirement of EN14960. So they can help you deflate the inflatable more quickly. We do reinforcement for all the zipper joints, and above the zipper, there is a zipper cover by velcro material which is help to disperse the zipper's stress. We may also make a inside PVC piece to protect the zipper.

7. Safety slide climb

For giant slide, we specially design some ropes and fixation along the slide climb route way as you can see from the picture. Players can grasp the ropes when they climb on the slide so that it is more easy and safe to get on the top.

8. Safety protection net

Aoxiang will make net on top of the slide and 1m along the slide slope, to help protecting people stand on the slide platform. We may also make net wall inside of slide to protect kids get out, and for obstacles, we make net when there’s no inflatable wall, to make sure that kids will not fall down.

9. Water outlet holes and eyelets 

Aoxiang make good design for water outlet holes, when the games be used in rainy season or need tidy by water, it helps to let the water out quickly. And we also make water outlet eyelets at the bottom of mattress, so the games will keep better quality for its moisture resistant.

10. Safety and convenient air flap

For the safety, we make safe flap inside the air tube, when the electricity is cut off and make the blower off suddenly, the flap will help to stop the air let out too quickly. So the kids can have enough time to leave the inflatable. And we make the air tube with velcro plus a band belt, so it’s fixed to the blower easily and stably.

11. Strong package bags

We spread air out to help deflation before roll the game, then put a band belt outside to tie it. We will use tarpaulin bag which is same material as the games to package the units. So the packages will not be frazzled during delivery process. For big units, we will make extra handle band outside of the packages. In order to let you find your goods quickly, we will Paste a mark paper with your order number.

For blower and pumps are packed by plastic bag first and carton box outside.
