From end of June to Early of Sept every year,it is the best season to produce dehydrated Garlic flakes.2013 new crop dried garlic flakes is producing,new crop garlic flakes with white color,size 1.8 to 2.0mm.Although every year this season is producing new garlic flakes,but old crop dried garlic flakes still have stock.but color not good as new crop.
