6F Series Self-feeding Mini Wheat Flour Mill , it can not only mill corn/maize, sorghum, soybean, wheat and other materials. The F series horizontal self-feeding milling machine adopts wind power lifting, roll grinding ,combining with sifting together, thus gain the ability of of high productivity, well powder lifting, no flying dust, low power consumption, easy to maintenance and other good functions.

We design this special mini wheat flour mill for individual use. In this small-scale line, we combine a versatile grain cleaner and 6F Roller mill together to bring you high quality wheat flour with very low investment. Thanks to its well enough automation, one labor force will hanle this operation.

Process flow is as follows:

1  wheat goes through our versatile cleaner which emerges separating, destoning, scouring and wetting into a single whole.

2  the clean wheat will go through the pipe transferred by air blower and be feeded to the roller mill

3  be elevated to the rollers by air blower

4  be grinded by couple rolls

5  beside the rolls there are two unit of testing sifter, only the wheat flour with certain size can pass the sieve, those bigger one will be transferred to the rolls and be grinded again and again till pass the sieve.
