In June 2012, we decided to pack our limited production in a special, luxurious package and offer it to everyone in the word. Our dream is to make wonderful products of our land with fragrance field flavors and the therapeutic properties, know all over the word. We produce yakinthos the Extra Virgin Olive Oil. This is our first effort. Olives, honey, St' John's wort, sage ... are next line. Our dream came to life in the beginning of 2012. Yakinthos produce has made its first step. We have started at very difficult time. Where everything is changing. Something new is trying to be born.

500ml Glass Bottle Packed Yakinthos Extra VIRGIN olive oil for Sale:

Yakinthos extra virgin olive oil comes from the ancient Koroneiki olive variety.

The harvesting of the olives is mainly done by hand as the first farmers did. We collect them from the trees before they ripen excessively and fall on the ground, from the beginning of December until the end of January.

We put them in sacks made of natural materials.

The pressing is performed within 48 hours. We use the mechanical cold pressing process and is performed in 27 ⁰ C.

Our oil is stored in stainless tanks so as to be protected from light and air.

During the chemical analysis of this year’s harvest (12 / 2011- 1 / 2012) the following data was retrieved:

Its acidity in oleic acid is 0,3 g per 100g

k270 : 0,12

k 232 : 1,52

dk : 0

The rocky and arid place of our sun, sea breeze, the Koroneiki variety

personal care, love for these trees, contribute to producing a high quality product.

This olive oil does not mix with other oils from other cultivars or varieties.

We do not use additives to make the colour or flavour. It is a natural product from Koroneiki olive variety.
