Brief Information:
Sanwei’s SW7001-Soy Protein Concentrate is a GMO-free Soy Protein Concentrate for food industry.
It is made from defatted soy flake through alcohol extract method. It can contains about 70% protein in dry basis.
Applications:
Widely used as functional or nutritional ingredient in a wide variety of food products, especially in baked foods, breakfast cereal, baby nutritional foods and some meat products to keep the nutritional value and enhance protein level.
It is also can be used as raw materials to produce textured soy protein and Functional Soy Protein Concentrate.
Quality control:
All the products are produced under strict quality control system proved by ISO9001, ISO22000(HACCP), HALAL, KOSHER and SGS IP certificates
Packaging:
20kgs or 25kgs net weight, Paper and Plastic compound bags, with food grade PE inner bag.
Shelf life:
12 months-18 months from the manufactured date if stored under dry and cool conditions(below 28 °C
and 65% relative humidity.)
