Our production line has two kinds of quality checks, a kind of quality check is  the machine automatically check , and the other kind of quality control is human check , they check it  for 2-3 hours. We are in these two ways to control our quality .

We have 2 furnace ,there are 3 production line per furnace . 6 production line in total.  

So we can product 40000Pcs per day .

 And all the bottles will be in the annealing furnace and painted to preventing from friction between one bottle to another.
