The flashback protection and constancy ensure additional safety when the machine is handled. The electronic ionisation safety guards the gas combustion process constantly. Intensive research resulted in the development of a perfectly isolated machine, increaing operating safety. The AfogrillPat.pend. has been approved by several accredited inspectiion organisations (including USDA).
Floor space
Because of the limited dimensions of our AfogrillPat.pend., less floor space is required in the production hall. It results in a superior capacity of the AfogrillPat.pend. as compared to the conventional techniques.
Multifunctionality
The AfogrillPat.pend. offers the possibility to grill a multiple set of products by using one and the same machine. Through easily entering parameters such as belt height, belt speed, frequency of the ventilator and burner power, one machine can easily handle several products. It concerns both product size and product type.

What do we do?
Afoheat NV develops and constructs machines running on gas. At the beginning, the company started constructing machinery for the meat industry. Today, the working field is much broader with customers in the potato, vegetables and fish processing industries.
The emphasis is on grilling and roasting of food products. To develop those processing machines, innovative techniques are used in order to increase productivity, whilst resulting in an ecologically sounder production. It goes without saying that appropriate attention is paid to the aspects of both food and user’s safety.
The development of the machines happens in close collaboration with the customer. Machines are tailor made according to the client’s requirements and product specifications.
The research and development happens on a professional and scientific basis, in collaboration with accredited research institutions and universities. The research concentrates on different aspects: combustion gases, odour emission, nutritional parameters, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, bacterial count and trace formation, migration of metal and sensory research (scent, colour, flavour, texture).
