Bouquet: | Very intense aroma with high notes of cedar y and fruit, which evoke the varieties that build it, intertwined with oak from the barrel where it was raised. |
Flavor: | Soft tannins, very intense, very alive. The flavor evokes the wild, red fruits of the Andes. A long final taste that reminds us once more of cedar. |
Serving Recommendations: | Pass to the decanter for 10 minutes and then return to the bottle. The ideal temperature is 18°C. |
