Our Crop Fields
More than 3,000 hectares, managed in accordance with our Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) certification,allow us to harvest premium fruits and the finest vegetables,such as asparagus,artichokes,red piquillo peppers,jalapeNos,key limes,camu camu,passionfruit and mangoes.
These fields,equipped with modern irrigation systems,are strategically located on the southern and northern coast of Peru, which allows us to take full advantage of the richest agricultural areas. In addition,the wide variety of crops we grow makes Agroindustrias AIB the most diversified agroindustrial company in Peru.
Our Processing Plants
Agroindustrias AIB has two processing and packaging plants that produce fresh products,canned products,frozen products and juices,and are operated by highly skilled personnel trained in the United States and Europe.
At these plants,we have continuing processing lines, specially designed for each product,taking into account the best flow of raw materials and a proper environment for our employees.
All of our plants have preventive quality systems that meet our ISO 9001 Certification and the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) Certification.These credentials,which are internationally certified by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance,help Agroindustrias AIB achieve optimum production planning.
Social and Environmental Responsibility
Our Total Quality and Continuous Improvement policy is the basis for meeting all of the requirements demanded in the industry.
The Corporate Social Responsibility (RSC, in Spanish) that AIB observes is based on three lines of action: economic development,social development, and development and conservation of the environment.
These three lines of action lead us to sustainable development,aimed at meeting today's needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.
