The Company was incorporated in Singapore on 27 September 2002 under the name of New Lakeside Holdings Pte Ltd. On 18 February 2004, the Company changed its name to New Lakeside Holdings Limited.
Its animal feed is mostly sold primarily to dairy farms as food supplement for livestock and to animal feed manufacturers as additives in their feed processing. In 2004, the Group incorporated a new subsidiary, New Lakeside Fruit Juice (Xuzhou) Co Ltd, for the production and sale of fruit juice concentrates and apple pomace animal feed.
