Labelling : Labels have the name of the product, the name of the supplier, the production date, the shelf-life, the net weight, the gross weight, the batch, the license number in Ministry of the Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and the physical-chemical characteristics of the product (Brix and Ratio).
Loading : It is realized only through Quality Control Setor authorization, obeying FEFO (First-Expire, First-Out). Each batch goes with a report, which has physical-chemical and microbiological results.
Transportation of finished product: The product must be transported in a covered vehicle, in good sanitary conditions.
