Automatic continuous fried nuts production line is made of stainless steel, with beautiful appearance and high quality production. This line uses conduction oil furnace, adopts closed cycle heating method, can choose gas, coal or oil as fuel. Widely used in beans and nuts, such as broad bean, soybean, green bean, peanut, cashew, walnut, ect. This line realizes the continuous automatic working from feeding to final product.

Main Principle:
Conveyor— Frying machine— Oil soaking machine— Conveyor— De-oiling machine— Cooling and delivery machine— Automatic Seasoning machine--conveyor

Main Features:
1. Fully automatic production, saving labour.
2. PLC control, frying time and temperature of oil can adjust.
3. Uniformly frying, there is no colour difference on final product.
