a . Application and performance

We design the machine specially for jar to fill sauce, jam and other with granule, which save labor greatly and improve filling efficiency.

It adopts PlC control, small cubage, light weight and smart appearance. All contacts are 316L .

a . Work theory

Manual or bottle feeder feeds bottle to conveying line, after that the bottles are conveyed and separated to different filling line (there are two filling lines), when sensor checks the first bottle, block and orientate and count bottle, when the bottles are up to the set value, conveyor stops and filling starts, to the set value, filling stops. Then all bottles are conveyed to next step.

It is composed of frame, hopper, filling system, orientating system, electrical control, pneumatic control, feeding control and chain conveyor.
