The two machines  Automatic Palletizing and Depalletizing Machine for Canned Food and Beverage  

The first set  is Auto Palletizing machine for filled can   is applied to stack the cans after the second sterilization onto the wooden pallet. In order to be convenient for the fork   truck carrying the filled cans workshop to keep temperature around 37 degree for 5-7 days and nights , and ensure testing effect to get rid of defective canned foods.

It  adopts smooth stainless steel pallet for transition, which completely preventing the friction between cans and interlayer paper.

The second set is Auto Depalletizing machine for filled can   unload the filled cans layer by layer from the wooden pallet enter to assembly line to be coding, wrapping, and packing. 

It  adopts Magnetic device to suck cans out automatically, completely avoid the phenomena that the friction between cans and interlayer paper results in inverted cans and scratched paper,   greatly reducing usage amount and costs of interlayer paper.

For above two machines use famous PLC programmable controller, detector switch and other components. Except these perfect performances, steady movement.

Its fully automatic production processing instead of Semi-automatic and manual method, 

not only save much cost of layer, manpower but also improving higher production efficiency.
