Tuscan Bacon - Pancetta
Pork belly cured with good amount of salt, Pepper and Spices and subsequently dried in cold air. Our bacon is either straight (with rind) or rolled (rindless). It is a 'must' ingredient for the carbonara sauce or any other rich and robust Pasta sauce. Thinly sliced bacon is served as appetizer in Tuscany.
