Siroglu Baklavalari is one of the leading baklava producers of Turkey. It was established by Mahmut SIR on 1975. He has learned baklava production in Gaziantep in the city he has born and famous with baklava experts. The first shop was opened the in Aydin city center, in 1997 the second shop in Aydin was established. For the last 4 years company has a franchise in Nazilli. on August 2010 4th shop was opened at Izmir, one of the biggest cities of Turkey.
