Homogenized, deaerated, pasteurized at 100°C, 5°C packaged and frozen at -18°C for storage. Product used mainly in the food industry and for direct consumption in the preparation of juices, nectars and sugary pulp. Drum metal product packed in 2 bags of low density polyethylene. Each drum has label with the following information: Product name, date of manufacture, batch number, number of drum, BRIX, Ratio, Net Weight, Gross Weight.
