♦ How to make soup "Bannou kishu ume tare (E-895)"
1. Pour the product into a stainless container previously.
2. Boil udon noodle, and put the udon into a bowl.
3. Put 40 – 60 cc of this product on the udon.
*** Put the toppings for example grated daikon radish, umeboshi and etc. according to the taste.

Udon is a traditional Japanese noodle. It is thick and chewy and made from flour.
The soup is flavored by dried bonito fish or konbu. There is various local soba taste in Japan.
Abura-age (deep-fried tofu), tempura, raw egg and etc. can be served as toppings.
