National Beef's ground beef processing uses trimmings from our own fabrication facilities following the strict raw material age and temperature criteria. The plate size for our first grinder is 5/8", followed by 3/8" plate for coarse grind and 1/8" plate for fine grind. Infratec and/or anylray lean testing equipment is used to ensure accurate fat percentage ratio of each of our grinds. |
