Beta-dextranase is made by liquid fermentation deeply adopting Bacillus Licheniformis bacterial strain .This product is used specially in Beta-dextranase’s 1,3 and 1,4 indican key to generate 3-5 oligose and glucose.This enzyme mainly used in Beer brewing,maltose,feed,etc.
