W eigher : It is designed Ø 1300 mm diameter and ~2 m ³ capacity . In the weighing system, three load- cells with 1000 kg capacity are used. The signals of load-cells are moved to PLC by screened cable. In order to discharge material,   Ø 250 mm diameter pneumatic clack is located at the cable output and also to facilitate   the flow of products, in some cases, there is a vibrator    at the exit of the bunker. After weighing, the vibrator runs for   the big-bag filling set-time and following unloading of the product vibrator finishes to run.

Feeding Unit :   Screw Feeder (Spiral Conveyor):   Ø 219 mm diameter and 4500mm long screw feeder tubes are located under the existing stock bunker. The input pitches are produced variably, in order to prevent the compression of material. The dosage spiral is connected to filling machine by Ø 219 mm diameter pneumatic control clack. FESTO pneumatic control clacks are used and they are also controlled with automation.

Carrier Chassis: There are two weighing systems on this station and also on the weigher there are an execution platform and a special platform for Big-Bag.

Big-Bag Filling Station: It has a special design: Big-Bag filling sacks are placed to four hooks on the weighing system and following the completion of filling station may move into two directions. The system is designed to be suitable for carrying of big-bags sacks   with forklift, crane or transpalet.
