The Blodgett roll-in combi ovens feature self-contained, self-flushing steam generators that are separate from the cooking compartment so you get instant steam recovery when changing cooking modes. The exclusive steam-on-demand feature provides accelerated cooking at the touch of a button. The Vario-Steam® mode provides temperature-controlled steam, perfect for seafood. The low temperature roast and hold feature with temperature probe allows you to roast and then hold to serve later. There is a deliming indicator that lets you know when it is time to delime. These ovens are available in gas or electric and are stackable to save space.
