BRANDON computer control electric fryer is designed to provide the high production capacity that our customers demand. The high power fryer has a minimum 28 liter and maximum 32 liter Shortening capacity. Frying area is 14 inch x 17 inch ( 350 mm x 420 mm ). With 18 kW input, you can fry up 80 lbs ( 36 kg ) of French fries/hr from frozen to done.

Electrical fryer standard features:                                                                                 

• 18 kW, 3 phase, 380 V.
• CE certified.
• High power durable heating element: element can be flipped up for easy cleaning of fry pot. Power is cut off instantly when heating element is flipped up.
• Durable solid state contactor & no mercury content: it withstands the high frequency of actuations.
• Deep cold zone design reduces wasteful oil deterioration by trapping crumbs under the cooking area.
• Hi limit safety device: manual reset.
• Latch lock ball-type drain valve: no more accidental scalding.

Enhanced features (computer model) of the fryer:                                                                                 

• Automatic melt cycle for solid shortening.
• Electronic temperature sensor: quick response to load.
• Buzzer goes off at the end of fry cycle or when cycle process reaches the stage of  "shake basket reminding". Good for French fries.
• Precise temperature control for computer model.  No unpleasant temperature overshoot which shortens oil lifespan and degrades food quality
• Can fry up 36 kg of french fries per hour.
• Adjustable feet in the front, casters in the back.
