Air-conditioned vehicles serve for safe transport of day-old chicks from the hatchery to the rearing house. The body can be built on any type of chassis, including trucks and big semi-trailers.
Total capacity of chicks is given by the size of the body with maximum capacity over 156 000 chicks.
The body itself is made of special panels that ensure perfect thermal isolation, so the vehicle can operate in a wide temperature range from -20 to +44 degrees Celsius. Because of everyday use of pressure water for cleaning and disinfections, the body is built using only non-corrosive materials, i.e. stainless steel, aluminum and plastic.
All equipments in the vehicle can be controlled via a control unit, which is placed in the cabin and easy accessible to the driver. The control unit ensures also storage of all parameters during transport into its internal memory, which is a unique feature of our vehicles. After the chicks are delivered to the customer, the driver can print a transport protocol from an internal printer.
Data from the memory can be transferred into a PC via a memory module or GSM modem. While the transport protocol printed by the built-in printer contains only temperatures during transport, data loaded into the computer contains also all other parameters, including servo positions, errors, actions of the driver etc.
