HAVERST AND VENIFICATION :
The selection of Grapes from the vineyard Santa Marta and Santa Ana for this Cabernet Sauvignon went into this wine. The grapes are harvested in small boxes of 10 Kg and transported to the winery, where a prior selection of clusters is processed during April. The grapes are fermented with selected yeasts at controlled temperatures. The skin maceration lasts 25 days; 80% of the wine is raised in French oak barriques of first and second use for 10 months.

CHARACTERISTICS :
A wonderfully complex nose of leather and sweet spices with a touch of very ripe red fruits, spicy and toasty oak. Rich Flavours of tobacco and smoke are present in this full-bodied and powerful wine. You will appreciate its long finish with notes of cedar wood.
