dry red wine, 750 ml bottle closed by cork,
available in 12 bottle box
Vinification:
The grapes were destalked, crushed and one week skin contact was allowed. Then they were gently pressed and a two month malalatic fermentation with selected yeast
strains followed. After that the wine was transferred to the final tanks, where it was left to mature until early 2007 to ensure good integration of fruit flavours before bottling and capping it with sardinia natural cork.
Tasting Notes:
Ruby and cherry hues are found in the colour. Ripe peach and blackcurrant characterizes the nose. On palate the wine is a fine blend of ripe Berry fruits and crisp minerality.
