Composition: 85% Cabernet Sauvignon,15% Merlot.
Developing 18 months in American and French oak barrels. The color isa dark red purple, clean and clear, with a medium full body. It is recognizableby its aroma and taste of plums, Blueberries and cherries, accompanied withtraces of chocolate, seasoning herbs, Green olives and a longsuffix of oak andberries.

The winery wasestablished in 2000 on an agricultural plot. The winery is a boutique winery, definedas a family winery which doesn´t produce more than100,000 bottles.
 In its present format, the winery produces35,000 bottles, while eachbottle receives the ultimate love, treatment and attention.
The winery is located in a roofed structure which includes all the latest winetechnology to carry out the processes of pressing, fermentation and aging inFrench oak wood barrels.
 The wine remains in the barrels for 10-18months, allowing the wine timeto soften and mature.  This is the time that the wine develops itscharacter, aroma and uniqueness.  Every few weeks the wine is checked andtasted until the wine tasting team decides it is time to drink.
