Cabernet Sauvignon Red Wine

A dry red wine, produced from well-ripe grapes Cabernet Sauvignon from the region of Melnik. The grapes are two times selected – at the vineyard and in the winery using double storing table. It is produced sticking to an original technology, considering the potential of the grapes and the qualities desired. The grapes are picked on 25, September. The wine then aged in French barrels for 12 months and in bottle for 3 months before releasing on the market.
The wine has dark ruby red color  and  rich aroma  with  tones of ripe berries, black currants and Blueberries . The taste is  full ,  juicy and totally fruity , revealing  nuances of Vanilla . The body of the wine is  long and dens e, the aftertaste is  long and remembering , having  nuances of ripe fruit.  
It is suitable to be served at temperature 17–18°C with red meat, delicious meals, cheese and on its own.
