According to the analysis, every 100-gram dried Chanterelle contains 21.5-gram protein, 5-gram fat, 64.9-gram carbohydrate, 11.2-gram group fiber, 8.6-gram ash content, 1.477 million-joule heat and 8 kinds of human essential amino acids, i.e. 513-milligram phenylalanine, 230-milligram lysine, 743-milligram threonine, 354-milligram amino-isovaleric acid, 583-milligram leucine, 230-milligram isoleucine, 35-milligram methionine, 283-milligram tryptophan.
