Parellada.
Alcohol content: 12% vol.

Our Cava (Sparkling wine) with a light golden colour, and aromas of fruits. is elaborated with 60% Macabeo, 20% Xarel.lo and 20% Parellada varieties, that grown at 600 meters high on a hillside in the Catalonian village Sant Sadurn? DAnoia.

Fermented twice, the second one is made in the bottle during 36 months the bottle is beheaded for getting the finest Gran Reserve Cava.
