Each year we conduct a survey of wines produced in the Bordeaux region of France. Our experts select what they consider to be the best quality at the best price. We then proceed to bottle the selected wines according our taste under strict supervision and control.
Our selection process requires detailed knowledge and experience of the Bordeaux region and of the particular grapes grown in specific vineyards. It also requires experience in the Chinese market. Three years ago we introduced 30 different Bordeaux RED WINEs into the Chinese market to determine what were the taste requirements and what best suited this market. As a result we have accumulated market data in China which is used in our annual selection process.
