Product Description

The plant can continuously produce various kinds of chocolate or compounds, "buttons", "whirls", "Stars", "shells", "chips" etc...

Features:
The machine is made of Stainless steel SUS 304;
The drop depositor machine is controlled by PLC; And it adopts the step motors, cylinders, and the going-tracing device;
There are total 80 nozzles and pistons equipped in the depositing head;
The minimum & maximum size of the chocolate chip for each nozzles is 0.2g~2g(± 0.05g)
The cooling system is adopted the recycled cooling air generated by the refrigerator system

Cooling tunnel:
Length of the cooling tunnel is 25m, equipped with 4 sets of chillers, Nontoxic food plastic conveyor, thickness 2mm, the width of the cooling is 1000mm

Automatic correcting-position system. The whole cooling tunnel are made of stainless steel SUS304.
