MQD Lentils forming machine is used for making the different kinds of chocolate lentils. We have two size of width 400mm and 600mm for upto the output from 70kgs/h to 150kgs/h.
There are two inner rollers for deep refrigerating purpose. When the liquid chocolate drops to the surface of the rollers, the low temperature of the rollers can make the liquid chocolate into the solid ones of half ball shape, and when the two rollers runs, it can make the two half Beans to become a whole one and it forms a chocolate sheet to be dropped on the belt. After cooling, and the vibrating drum, it will separate the sheet and the lentils. The wastage can be reworked.
