The raw material of clear pear juice concentrate is fresh, mature, non-GMO pear. After the washing by more than 80-meter-long floating water, multiple stage water rinsing, choosing, smashing, pressing, enzyme treatment and clarification, ultra-filtration, pasteurization and concentration, the pure natural product is finally made. The 70Brix juice concentrate looks golden yellow, transparent and sweet. When the juice concentrate is diluted into 11.5Brix original juice, it will have a peculiar taste and nutrition. Any natural or unnatural additives and preservatives will not be added into it.
